This was my very first retreat and found the experience, with 6 hours of the day in meditation and all most a week of noble silence, very interesting. With roughly 10 of us attending, we all found the retreat to be beneficial.

On the last day of the retreat Lotus gave a Dharma talk which was recorded for the benefit of those that weren’t able to make it.
